DIANABOL: DESCRIPTION
Dianabol (active ingredient methandienone), is a well-known anabolic steroid that every bodybuilder in the United States has used in my practice. Not only is dianabol a popular drug in various sports, it is an effective steroid. A small tablet or capsule of methandienone is an anabolic that suppresses catabolic processes, which increases overall anabolism, leading to rapid muscle mass gain (this directly depends on nutrition). Dianabol is used by both experienced and novice athletes.

HOW TO TAKE DIANABOL?
To begin with, you need to decide for what purposes you intend to use dianabol, which determines the duration of anabolic use, as well as its dosage. The main purposes for which bodybuilders use methane are several: building muscle mass, taking it for a quick “kickstart” in combination with other steroids, mainly with long and short testosterone esters.
Using Dianabol solo would be a bad idea, although dianabol is a synthetic version of testosterone, when used alone your endogenous (own) testosterone levels will drop by the second week of the course. You should also not use methane and stanozolol together, not only will it burden your liver, but it is a pointless combination. The duration of use is no more than 8 weeks, but there is also a minimum threshold of duration: 4 weeks.
HOW TO CALCULATE DIANABOL DOSAGE FOR YOURSELF?
The dosage of dianabol is mass-dependent and is 0.5 – 0.7 mg of active ingredient per 1 kg of the athlete’s own weight. It is very simple, if your weight is 80 kg, in this case your effective dosage will be: 80 * 0.5 = 40 mg of methandienone per day, and this is 4 tablets of methane 10 mg.
Again, both the dosage and duration of use depends on your goals. In a combined course, for example: testosterone propionate + dianabol, you can choose an average dosage of anabolic, as the drugs will “complement” each other.
Inappropriately selected dosage of methane can affect liver function, increasing liver enzymes as an indicator. It is very important to monitor the liver function during the course of pills, namely, to take tests. This is how you will maximize the effectiveness of the course.
If liver enzymes are elevated, dianabol use should be reduced or discontinued altogether and choleretic agents should be started.

Do not forget that after any use of a steroid drug, and dianabol is no exception, you should perform post-course therapy (PCT). The duration of PCT depends on the length of your steroid cycle, but should be at least 25 days. Both Clomid (Clomiphene Citrate) and Tamoxifen (Nolvadex) are suitable for recovery therapy.
